Shipping Policy
econceptOnline ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.econceptOnline.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
General
We try to ship your order on the same day we receive it. However, all deliveries are subject to stock availability. We ship only on standard business days. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, backorder items not in stock and a new timeline communicated to you.
If your shipment is time-sensitive, please call before ordering to confirm that we will be able to meet your requirements. We will make all reasonable efforts to initiate shipment and schedule delivery as close as possible to your requested delivery date(s). However, please keep in mind that our delivery dates are estimates only and shipments may be affected by factors outside our control that we cannot be responsible for delays or shipping errors caused by the shipment carriers. Orders may not be canceled or rescheduled after the order has been submitted by econceptOnline to the shipment carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping to the customer.
Returns/ Exchange Policy
1. Return Due to Change of Mind
econceptOnline will happily accept returns due to change of mind subject to the following conditions.
Please inspect all items upon arrival and notify us of any discrepancies/ intent to return/ intent to exchange within 2 business days. If your item is defective, over-sized, or non-cancellable/non-returnable, please see the appropriate section below.
All Returns and exchanges must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You can obtain an RMA by emailing or calling us.We make every effort to reply to all return requests on the same business day. Please note - if an item is returned without authorization, or contrary to the instructions provided, it may be refused or charged a minimum restocking fee of 15%.
The full cost of the merchandise will be refunded if the item is returned in unopened/like new condition, within the designated period and with a return authorization. Used Items might be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your return is due to defective merchandise or an error on our part. This includes return shipping.
Once a return claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your original payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
2. Defective products
Prior to issuing a return authorization, it may be necessary to first contact the manufacturer’s technical support – the reason for this being it is common for products to not actually be defective, but only need a setting changed.
However, upon confirmation that a product is defective, econceptOnline will provide you with an RMA number and instructions.
3. Shipping damages
If your product arrives damaged in shipment, you should note that with the shipper immediately and contact us within 1-2 business days of receipt of goods. Delays may result in denied claims. “Receipt of Goods” is defined as arrival at order’s destination address. Wherever possible, you should document the damage (images will be extremely helpful).
Delivery Terms
1. Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order. Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
2. Transit Time Domestically
Domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days. However, conditions such as ‘Covid-19’ etc. might impact this schedule.
3. Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.
4. Change of Delivery Address
In general, we only ship to the address provided by CCAvenue, our payment gateway.Address change will require an amendment to our purchase order. As a rule, we do not accept change of address once an order has been placed. Please reach out to us if you would like to change the address of delivery. For change of delivery address requests, we may be able to make these changes only prior to the order being dispatched.
5. P.O. Box Shipping
econceptOnline will not ship to P.O. box addresses.
6. Military Address Shipping
econceptOnline will not ship to military addresses.
7. Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will backorder the item and dispatch as soon as we receive the supply.Other items in the order that are in stock will be either shipped or reserved while we await the ordered item(s).
8. Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
9. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
10. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for next steps.
Duties & Taxes
1. Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied as applicable to the price of the goods in the shopping cart.
2. Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid by you upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and econceptOnline encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to econceptOnline at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping and any other penalties. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Cancellations
If you change your mind, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an orderhas already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
1. Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
2. Process for parcel lost in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost and accepted to settle the loss.
